  1. So lately, perhaps over the last few months, I have noticed that i have an almost daily occurrence of some form of anxiety. It always has me feeling very jittery, and like I need to be somewhere doing something, but i never know what to do. This is always leaves me feeling very distraught and frustrated, because I have no idea what it is or where it is I feel I need to be, but every day I have this overwhelming desire to be there doing whatever it is. I have no idea what causes this or what I can do to get rid of it. My normal coping mechanisms for this, like reading and writing music, don't work because I can't focus on anything for more than a few seconds at a time anymore. If anyone else goes through something akin to this or has any advice, it would be very much appreciated.
